Eagle Crest Retreat was thoughtfully built and carefully furnished to feel like a step above – not just a place to sleep between adventures, but a home you'll actually want to spend time in. Built in 2017 in Eagle Crest's Desert Sky neighborhood, the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout sleeps up to 8 and gives every member of your group room to breathe.
The heart of the home. Vaulted ceilings and warm wood floors open into an airy living space anchored by a gas fireplace with stone surround. The sectional is made for movie nights, the 65" Samsung HDTV and Roku device handle streaming, and the Yamaha soundbar sets the mood for whatever the evening calls for. Board games live in the cabinets under the TV if screens can wait.

This isn't a rental kitchen stocked with the bare minimum. It's a genuine gourmet setup: a KitchenAid gas range with steam oven, Blendtec blender, KitchenAid countertop oven and hand mixer, custom Alder cabinets, and granite countertops. Circulon pots and pans, a full complement of dishes, glassware, and prep tools, and an electric griddle give you everything you need to cook a real meal. The dining table seats six or more, and morning coffee on the patio is practically mandatory.

A quiet, sunlit king suite on the main floor with a Simmons Beautyrest king bed, room-darkening shades, ample clothing storage, and an en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and heated tile floors for chilly nights and mornings. This is the room multi-generational families book the property for – no stairs required.

Two queen rooms, each furnished with Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, nightstands, dressers, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 3 has fun decor and easy loft access, making it a natural kids' room. Both share the upstairs full bath with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks in a huge vanity. All bedrooms feature white noise machines for peaceful sleep and handy charging stations for all your devices.

A light-filled flex space with a skylight, its own TV, games, and a premium queen sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. It works beautifully as extra sleeping space, a kids' hangout, a movie and gaming area, or a quiet reading nook – and the natural light from the skylight makes it feel airy and inviting despite its cozy footprint.
Step out from the great room onto the private patio: outdoor dining table, gas grill, and views of the shared green space behind the home. Deer wander through regularly. The high desert evenings here are genuinely worth staying in for.

Attached garage, perfect for storing golf bags, bikes, ski equipment, or just keeping your car out of the sun. A utility sink handles muddy boots and post-hike cleanup.

Every booking includes six complimentary resort guest passes, purchased by your host and included at no additional charge. Your passes unlock:
Lakeside Sports Center is an easy 10-minute walk or short bike ride from the home. Ridge and Resort Sports Centers are a short drive or longer bike ride away.
Five adult/teen-sized bikes and six kids' bikes in various sizes are kept at the property, ready to roll the day you arrive. Eagle Crest has more than 11 miles of marked trails winding through the resort's 1,700 acres of high desert landscape. It's one of the most popular things guests do, and it's completely free once you're here.
